Shipping Policy

Our applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

• Free shipping on orders of ₹500 or above.
• Shipping charge of ₹50 on orders below ₹500.

BASE FRAGRANCES reserves the right to modify shipping charges or promotional offers. Any applicable changes will be communicated before the order is placed.

Orders are processed for dispatch once payment is confirmed on our end. Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability, and are communicated to you before or at the time your order is confirmed.

Once your order is dispatched, we share dispatch and delivery updates by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the delivery status with the relevant logistics provider and may request confirmation or additional information from you. An appropriate resolution will be provided after the investigation, subject to the circumstances of the case.
